Ive started doing physical therapy at a pool recently and its helping build up my muscle tone slowly. I have also been working on my voice because there are a lot of things I want to do with it, and I want to sound a certain way.
I remembered to blog today, not just because I have an alarm in my phone, but because I figured out how I can use my lucid dreaming to help me remember what I went through during my childhood. You know how I use my house (not my actual house, it's a duplicate of different houses merged into one place) as a way to process trauma? Well I can also use it to find the bad memory of what happened to me, and see what I had been avoiding my entire life. I think it will work. And if it doesn't it won't be too bad.
Anyway I have a lot of sleep debt so I'm going to bed.
