Clearly you're trying to keep things as natural as possible, which is always a good thing! It makes a lot more sense to package the world as you initially planned. Just me being silly and thinking outside the box in very unnecessary ways. Ha!

Can't wait to see the finished product! I think I've been silently following this and waiting for a couple of years, and I wish you all the best as you get to the end of this initial release stage!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14445563524165115302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1158562968788897072.post-87047436379598055372015-08-01T11:42:29.158-04:002015-08-01T11:42:29.158-04:00I like to maintain the naturalness of the game, so...I like to maintain the naturalness of the game, so I said vendors but there is under ten of them. The oven, fridge, a takeout doorbell, a boiling pot for soup, a treasure chest, the garden waterpipe, Figs beer keg with some compatibility with my beer drinks, and a random drink vendor. Glasses disappear over time so I needed something to vend the drinks and I added a lot of food to work in the oven. So I tried to compact everything into a few vendors so they wouldnt clutter up the world.

I could probably have the world without the vendors, but I used them to install a bunch of food and almost all the drinks, and the treasure chest has all the items that reduce boredom. I also opted to leave the fruits and vegs in there because I have them growing on specific trees that are part of the background. It would make the world look more complete and allow people to use it right out of the box.

But I definitely can have the bare bones world available for download too, that just has the basic background animation and creature scripts so they can live and breed in it.

I basically am constructing the website to have all my information available at a glance, so you'll be able to see what numbers each items use, and if you can use it in your own game.

Thank you! I cant believe I am almost done. Well not totally, because its always a process since I will probably need to do minor fixes that people catch. With all the delays I had, I just want to share all this with everyone. It looks so great!GirlySatanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15440202107791786191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1158562968788897072.post-66998685245568550792015-07-30T20:12:36.303-04:002015-07-30T20:12:36.303-04:00This sounds like a great idea! I personally avoid food vendors in C1, only because I try to keep things as natural as possible. Would there be any way to have the main file include everything but those? Or maybe you could make it completely customizable by making the world empty and letting each person choose exactly what to install. I love the idea of the separate site to list all of the item numbers! Hopefully you'll have everything all set soon: Best of luck finishing this awesome project up!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14445563524165115302noreply@blogger.com
